PNA file photo DAGUPAN CITY - The Commission on Elections (Comelec) Pangasinan provincial office has deactivated over 30,000 regular voters in the province based on its latest election registration board hearing. In a phone interview on Monday, provincial election supervisor, lawyer Marino Salas, said the deactivated voters were either dead, transferred, or have failed to vote in the elections twice. "They just have to wait for the opening of regular voters' registration to activate their names," he said. Salas said the residents may go to their respective Comelec offices in their localities to verify their registration. "We accommodate inquiries and verifications in our offices," he added.
