The Lao Ministry of Health has set a target for more than 80 per cent, ideally 100 per cent, of children aged 6-11 to be vaccinated against Covid-19 by the end of 2022.

Some 5,833,738 people have had one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, equal to 79.5 percent of the total population, according to the Lao Ministry of Health.
