The Marathon County Highway Department has a lot of different projects on the top of their to-do list, but they’re currently focused on one — picking up the trash littering the county’s highways.

Over its first year, Clean California has picked up and properly disposed of 12,700 tons of trash while providing over 700 new jobs.
