Riots, lockdown pushes GDP 1.5% lower in the third quarter
Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) on Tuesday said the country’s GDP fell by 1.5% in the third quarter of 2021 – from July to September –after recording four consecutive quarters of positive growth.
