Forward in implementing that statute? are you ready in the event that you lose in the supreme court? >> lets say this was all cons constitutional, which its not. and it was going to roll forward. we couldnt keep up with the schedule they laid out in this statute in the first place. so attempts are being made to be prepared if we have to comply with this law. the governments caught between a rock and a hard place. we are trying to not get cart so far behind the 8 ball that we cant catch up. so so...
