Make that 14 acquisitions in three years for SyBridge Technologies.

SyBridge Technologies' 13th deal since 2019 gives it a presence in Europe and strengthens its position in the life sciences market.

SyBridge Technologies Inc., the company that has acquired a dozen firms since 2019 to become a leading supplier of tools and technology in North America, has named a new CEO.

Southfield, Mich.-based SyBridge Technologies LP acquired Calframax Technologies Inc. a mold maker based in Oldcastle, Ontario.

Its 11th deal since 2019 expands SyBridge Technology's footprint and adds a customer base in life sciences.

Advantage Engineering also provides low-volume production services for customers in the automotive, medical, aerospace and consumer goods markets. This is the sixth deal in 12 months for SyBridge.

The deals closed late last year but weren't announced until Jan. 4. Terms were not disclosed. The transactions brought SyBridge's number of acquisitions to six in 2021.

The deal will expand SyBridge's tech & services business unit and make the firm an end-to-end services provider.
