 General aviation activity at Van Nuys went up by 14 percent in November, according to statistics released Thursday by Los Angeles World Airports. Including after-hours operations, the number of takeoffs and landings went up 12 percent, to 20,403 operations for November, compared to 18,202 operations in the same month a year earlier.
