Pontiac Elks Lodge provides scholarships to eight recipients
Pontiac Daily Leader The Pontiac Elks Lodge Scholarship program has been in existence since 1980. A release from the Elks Lodge notes that the 41 years is a long tradition of helping children of Pontiac Elks members in pursuing a higher education.
