By: Times News Service Muscat: Three expats have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for smuggling narcotics. A statement issued online by the ROP said: "After a field monitoring and follow-up process, the General Administration for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control arrested three expatriates on charges of smuggling narcotic substances with the intention of trafficking and using them.
