The Marion County Commission voted today to appoint County Clerk Tina Spencer as the first County Administrator. The selection of Spencer follows a lengthy search process facilitated by John Deardoff and the League of Kansas Municipalities’ “League Executive/Administrative Position Search” (“LEAPS”)
