Adoption Grant Program News Today

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced the new “Support Adoption” license plate and Support Adoption Grant Program, administered by the Office of the Attorney General, which will provide funds to eligible non-profits offering adoption services.

In conjunction with November’s celebration of National Adoption Month, Ohio Treasurer Robert Sprague and Ohio Department of Children and Youth Director Kara Wente are reminding Ohioans that the Family Forward program can help ease the financial burden for families seeking to adopt.

It includes privately arranged adoptions, as well as adoptions made through a public children services agency, including by foster- and kinship-caregivers.
