Apologies if this is starting to sound more like a Newcastle news service over the last couple of days, but todays big news is that former Town man Kieron Dyer has been given a place in Kevin Keegans starting line-up for tomorrows make or break, crunch, do or die fixture with the mighty Luxembourg. Kieron will be starting as right wing back, the role he has generally filled as an U21 international.

A few days ago (March 19) marked the 23rd anniversary of when I scored a brace at Portman Road. 

Northern Ireland’s Under-21s will take on France’s U21s in an international challenge match later this month.
