A year after hosting the UP Global Investors Summit, the state govt is organising a three-day groundbreaking ceremony (GBC) in Lucknow from February 19. According to the industry department, govt has successfully implemented more than 14,000 projects across the state, attracting an estimated investment of about Rs 10 lakh crore and creating 33.5 lakh employment opportunities.
