(East Grand Forks, MN) -- An East Grand Forks area father is suing an undercover officer who fatally shot his son. Lucas Gilberton was killed while police were executing a search warrant at a home in Rhinehart Township last month. Bodycam video shows officers entering the home before shots were fired. The officer, Aessio Schrage, reportedly knew Lucas Paul Gilbertson from high school. The civil complaint alleges that Gilbertson was scared Schrage would kill him.
