Aero Quartet News Today

New Orleans composer William Horne has released world-premiere recordings of three new chamber works on CHAMBER MUSIC OF WILLIAM HORNE, VOLUME THREE, available now. The album features Hornes Sonata for French Horn and Piano, Sonata for Alto Saxophone and Piano, and Trio for Flute, Alto Saxophone, and Piano.

The Aero Quartet — members Salvador Flores, soprano saxophone; Matthew Koester, tenor saxophone; Walt Puyear, alto saxophone; and Brian Kachur, baritone saxophone — performed Sunday, Feb. 4, the third ensemble in the 2023–24 Chamber Music in Yellow Springs series.
