Today thousands of the Afrin IDPs living the Shahba Canton demonstrated in front of the Russian Reconciliation Center in the Shahba Canton.

Since its occupation by the Turkish occupation state and its mercenary groups Afrin Canton has become a spot to attack on humanity at large.

Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) confirmed that Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries are continuing the genocide against the Kurds in occupied Afrin Canton, and called on the international community to take immediate step to end Turkish occupation of the lands of Syria.

It is four years since Turkish occupation attacks and its mercenary groups proceed along with blockade imposed by the Syrian government that claim the lives of children of Afrin living in Shahba as NGOs used to deliver promises without keeping them.   

Sheraz Hammo explained that the presence of displaced in Shahba, It has a clear message to the world, saying, We are on the edge of Afrin and we will return to it.
