Aidison Yang, 42 of Eagan, Minnesota, was found guilty by a jury of three counts of First Degree Sexual Assault by Use or Threat of Use of a Dangerous Weapon in connection with a 2005 sexual assault on a Madison bike path. MADISON (WKOW) -- A Dane County jury found a Minnesota man guilty of three felonies in connection to a sexual assault near a Madison bike path 18 years ago.

The man was found guilty of three counts of first-degree sexual assault by use or threat of a dangerous weapon.

"The DNA says who did it," a prosecutor told the jury during closing arguments.

A Minnesota man, who prosecutors said is connected by DNA, is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual assault for the 2005 attack.

 

“This was so outside the norm for Madison, Wisconsin, back in 2005 that it literally sent chills throughout the entire community,” Dane County Circuit Court Judge Ellen Berz said.
