Three people, including one from Syracuse, died in a stampede at the concert.

A public safety report detailed the chaos that ensued before the deadly shooting at GloRilla's Rochester concert that killed three people.

Three women died from their injuries after a large crowd surged while leaving Rochesters Main Street Armory following a GloRilla concert on March 5.

After investigations into the deaths at the Main Street Armory, the District Attorneys Office has decided not to pursue criminal charges.
