Cambridge Cluster company Alchemie Technology is set to reduce the carbon footprint of textile dyeing with a proposition tipped to revolutionise the industry. Based in Duxford, Alchemie has launched its Discovery lab system which it says can reduce the carbon footprint of dyeing by 85 per cent, eliminate 95 per cent of wastewater and decrease the amount of chemicals required for the process by 30 per cent.
