All4Labels, incorporating All4Graphics, is continuing its global growth strategy through its acquisition of Springfield Solutions. The company will become a subsidiary of the All4Labels Group. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

Springfield Solutions has launched a full-coverage digital label for easy can application that is said to give the appearance of a printed can “without the fallbacks of conventional print”.
