Mobile police arrest man in Monday shooting Updated Dec 16, 2020; Albert Holcombe, 35, has been charged with second degree assault. On Monday police responded to Lil Al’s Tires, 626 Stanton Road, at about 10:20 a.m., in reference to a person shot. The 23-year-old male victim was taken to the hospital by a passerby.
