Court orders Total E&P to pay disengaged staff N50m
The National Industrial Court, Lagos Division, on Tuesday, ordered Total E&P Nig. (formerly Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited) to pay the security gaurds it unjustly disengaged N50m as aggravated damages.
