For the first time since 2018, the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is returning to Rwanda. The week is a global movement connecting millions of people and takes place each November. This year, the GEW will be hosted by Jasiri to inspire entrepreneurs to unleash their innovation and contribute to the Country’s economic growth. Over the last ten years, GEW has been hosted in 180 countries with more than 10 million people participating in thousands of events.

Jasiri has opened applications from Rwanda, Kenya and Ethiopia for the third cohort of its ground-breaking Talent Investor program. For the first time, Jasiri opens applications in Ethiopia in an effort to expand across East Africa. 55 aspiring entrepreneurs will be selected for the fully-funded program, and supported to bring their business ideas to life.

The company is looking for individuals with unique ideas ready to scale up.
