official from north and south korea met for the first time in two years. they talked about how they can work together potentially and agreed at least for the moment to try and simmer thing down. one result, the north said it would send a delegation to next mob s winter olympics in pyeongchang. but there is not the same amount of ease in washington. the wall street journal reports the trump administration is debating whether the u.s. could launch a limited military strike against north korea without launching an allout war. the so-called bloody nose strategy would be to react to an act of provocative action. joining me, a panel. max boot.
