£1.5m blaze at Thomas Bros (Luton) haulage yard
A suspected arson attack on the yard of Bedfordshire haulage firm Thomas Bros Excavation (Luton) has caused an estimated £1.5m worth of damage.Emergency Services were called to the blaze at about 3am on 30 May at the companys facility in Shefford Road, Beadlow. The fire, which is believed to have been started deliberately, destroyed between 12 and 16 trucks, as well as a tank of diesel.
