7 News has learned that the BPD captain facing a lawsuit for alleged racism, will no longer serve as the Crisis Services Coordinator overseeing the Behavioral Health Team.

Two current, and one former member of the BPD's Behavioral Health Team filed a lawsuit months ago accusing Buffalo Police Captain Amber Beyer of racist remarks and discrimination at work.
