Heavy Snowfall Making For Messy Road Conditions Across Pittsburgh Area

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) As overnight snowfall continued to fall across Western Pennsylvania, roadways became covered, causing tricky commutes for many.
PennDOT has issued a reduction in speed limits on several area highways, including:
Interstate 79
Interstate 279 along the Parkway North
Interstate 579
State Route 422 in Lawrence County
The speed limit on those roadways have been reduced to 45 miles per hour.
