Students praise Dominican College Wicklow after year of smartphone ban gets 'everyone talking'
STUDENTS at the Dominican College Wicklow have praised a policy of banning mobile phone use, saying the effect of 12 months under the ban has everyone “talking to each other” and “laughing with friends.”
