Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced that a Buffalo man pleaded guilty to one count of manslaughter in the first degree.

Andre Whigham, 28, is charged with one count of murder in the second degree.

Loved ones gathered in remembrance as they held red-hearted balloons in the 100 block of Gold Street, where 22-year-old Tiara Lott was last seen in January 2021 with 27-year-old Andre Whigham.

Tiara Lott's friends and loved ones gathered Sunday in her honor. They are still holding on to hope that the person responsible for her death is held accountable.

Crime Stoppers and the U.S. Marshals are offering rewards for the arrest of the person wanted in connection with the death of Tiara Lott in Buffalo.

A $7,500 reward is being offered for Andre Whigham.
