Minnesota Republicans recruited thousands of volunteers to work the polls during the November election, with the hope that having more eyes would help them win the prize. But many remain skeptical.

The delay meant a winner wasnt declared in the competitive Second Congressional District until early Wednesday.

Activists have zeroed in on local officials as they call for hand counts and eliminating drop boxes.

Right-wing activists have been pushing county officials in Minnesota to stop using absentee ballot drop boxes and allow more partisan election judges on absentee ballot boards during the upcoming elections.They’re having some success, too.
