We dont know the extent of the problem. but of those 48,000 person who is are listed as something other than active, that when the state finally got around to attempting to verify their eligibility, albeit after the election, they could not conclusively say that those 48,000 people were in fact eligible to vote in minnesota and met all the qualifications to be eligible to vote in minnesota. >> eric: 30 seconds left. the secretary of state office said they would not comment on pending litigation....
