Two people have been arrested after the executive director of an assisted living facility reported that employees battered two different residents at the facility.

A spokesperson for the senior living community did not respond to Inside Edition Digital when asked whether their company was aware of their staff member's 2021 arrest for battery of a person 65 years of age or older.

Two people, including a 19-year-old, were arrested after they allegedly battered two residents at an assisted living facility in Pinellas County.

PCSO said that deputies started investigating after receiving a report about the battery of two residents at Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge Assisted Living Facility.

The two workers allegedly "ran away from the area...out of view of the camera, leaving both elderly residents laying on the ground."

The alleged attack was caught on surveillance footage and showed the two suspects leaving two residents on the floor after an attack.

Two nursing home employees were arrested after they were caught physically abusing elderly residents, according to Pinellas County deputies.
