A 13th suspect has been charged in the investigation into the abduction and murder Thomas Rath of Ithaca earlier this year.

Four of the ten people charged in connection with the kidnapping and murder of an Upstate NY man have now been indicted by a grand jury.

A Tioga County Grand Jury indicted a 12th person in connection to the kidnapping and murder of Thomas Rath and upgraded charges on two other suspects.

State police said at a news conference that even more arrests are expected in the coming weeks
