The National Team roster consists of the top-six ranked swimmers in each individual Olympic event from the U.S. inside the qualifying period (ended Aug. 31).

Pennington, who has a best time of 15:48.69 in the 1650 free, will add to Florida's growing strength in the distance freestyle discipline.
