Cottage Hospital no longer able to accept Medicare because of violations
Galesburg Cottage Hospital will no longer be able to accept Medicare for in-patient services. A termination notice was given on Monday that the agreement between Galesburg Cottage Hospital and the Secretary of Health and Human Services has been severed.
