The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a man who was shot to death Saturday night in Wilkinsburg. Michael Anthony Tomlin, 32, of Verona, was found with a gunshot wound around midnight Saturday in the 1300 block of Franklin Avenue, according to Allegheny County Police.
