A Norristown man faces decades in prison after he pleaded guilty to murder-related charges in connection with fatally shooting an innocent bystander during “an attempted retaliatory killing” of another man with whom he had a dispute.

Making his first appearance in a Montgomery County courtroom, a Norristown man entered not guilty pleas to murder and attempted murder charges in connection with allegations he fatally shot an innocent bystander during “an attempted retaliatory killing” of another man with whom he had a dispute.

A section of West Ponce de Leon Avenue will be closed on Monday, July 17, the county says.

U.S. Marshals arrested Damien Wilson on Thursday in the 200 block of North Cecil Street in Philadelphia.
