YOUNGSTOWN — The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Anthony M. Consiglio, 26, on Thursday and took him to the Mahoning County jail after a grand jury indicted him on seven charges, including rape. Consiglio also was indicted on attempted rape, aggravated robbery, robbery, theft from a person in a protected class, domestic violence and obstructing official business.
