CARROLLTON A 57-year-old Carroll County man is facing 13 felony sexual abuse charges stemming from alleged acts involving three different girls. The suspect, Rickie A. Garbrandt, a resident of Orange Township in the Sherrodsville area, engaged in sex acts with the girls from 2001 to 2020, according to the Carroll County Prosecutors Office.
