Youth economic council slams Enoch Godongwana's 'anti-BEE' law
The South African Youth Economic Council has rejected changes to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act by finance minister Enoch Godongwana which drop the practice of applying BEE pre-disqualification to tenders.
