The judge in the case of an off-duty Pentagon officer who is accused shooting and killing two people at his apartment complex has declared a mistrial.

Takoma Park Police announced Tuesday that a 13-year-old girl has been charged with Threats of Mass Violence and Telephone Misuse.

All remain held pending sentencing by the Honorable Amit P. Mehta.  Onyewu is to be sentenced on July 22, 2022, Flumo on Aug.
