That woman was taken to the Medical Center with nonlifethreatening injuries. Police were on scene. This all happened just after 9 00 this evening. Now within the last 20 minutes or so a tow truck pulled in to take the car out at the apartment complex and ninth street was reopened to traffic. We have learned that the woman is 27 years old. Again, her injuries are nonlifethreatening. She is expected to recover from this. Reporting live in chester, andrea clinethomas, nbc10 news. Now to our weather...
