Leaders of Pacific Rim economies will wrap up their two days of talks in Bangkok on Saturday, aiming to release a leaders' declaration that will include opposing views on Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The annual meeting of Pacific-rim leaders started in Bangkok on Friday with the focus on taming surging food and energy prices partly driven by Russia's invasion of Ukraine and realising inclusive and sustainable growth for the region.
SINGAPORE - Enhancing plans to combat climate change and making a concerted effort to support businesses and people in riding the digital wave are two ways Apec nations can ensure inclusive and sustainable growth for a more resilient Asia-Pacific region, said Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong.
