A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr Femi Falana has warned the Senate that the controversy surrounding the budget padding scandal will not end soon. According to Falana, the matter will not be swept under the carpet. The senior lawyer said this during the keynote address he delivered at the interactive session organized by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) in collaboration with the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), held in Lagos on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
