So, isnt it good that a physician will be atop that administration? >> we are pleased with his medical background but the health care side of the va is really only one-third of the va. theres claims, appeals. we have an appeals backlog, veterans are waiting seven to ten years for their appeals to be adjudicated. very serious stuff. we dont know that this secretary has that type of experience to be able to oversee that. the va has experienced a leadership vacuum for a while in addition to the car...
