Needs to be done to accomplish that goal. he campaigned on it. he continues to raise it at meetings on various topics. hes going to get it done one way or the other. i would recommend it be done through the appropriation process, the regular legislative process. i think thats the best way to get it done, to continue the work that previous presidents have done. if that isnt accomplished, i think he will go ahead and use the emergency powers that a president has to accomplish his stated goal. >> b...
