Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has met with Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, the Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND) President of the Board of Directors. During the meeting in Riyadh on Thursday, a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) was signed between the Foreign Ministry and AGFUND.
