EXCLUSIVE: The London Gasketeers, a campaign group co-founded by Westminster residents Tim Bryars and Luke Honey, are still fighting to stop the lamps being converted to eco-friendly LEDs.

Hundreds of officers from across the UK will line the route from Buckingham Palace towards Westminster Abbey in London on Saturday, along with snipers on rooftops.

MailOnline exclusively revealed in July last year that Westminster Council was in the process of converting the 305 lamps under its control with LED versions that it said were more eco-friendly.
