Parking lot. take another look if you can se see. the parking lot right there, that is a car submerged in water. we are not sure if somebody is inside that car or if they were able to get out. we are praying there able to get out. we were driving to another area, and we ran into this flooding area. we see a lot of people standing around. we decided to stop, and that is when we were pointed towards that car over there. there are several people out here in this area sightseeing. theres one lady, s...
