The Sydney removalists who brought the Delta strain of COVID-19 into Victoria and sparked a state-wide lockdown will not be charged for any breaches of health orders.

The department found the removalists entered Victoria on a valid permit - the Specified Worker (Low Workplace Interaction) permit - which is designed for commercial freight workers.
